*This is the smallest part of the waist

*Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room

C:Hips

*Find the widest part of the hips        

*Tape should brush across both hipbones.

D:Hollow to Floor (Bare Foot)

*Stand straight with feet together 

*Measure in bare feet

*Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor.

E:Height (without shoes)

* Stand straight with feet together 

*Measure in bare feet

* Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor.

1.We do not accept returns for custom dresses in size or dresses with any changes requested.

2.For regular sized dresses with no changes,please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on,but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3.We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong custom made measurements you provided or standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is canceled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.

4.Please must help clear the Custom Taxes.Returned fee will be covered at customer’s end if you do not cooperate with Tax clearance. Please understand, however customs duty is out of our control, we can't guarantee any tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
